Why build a proactive visual copilot?
Most software interfaces are static — they don't adapt to the individual using them. A proactive visual copilot changes that: it anticipates what a user needs next based on their past behaviour and surfaces guidance in context before they ask.
We focus on visuals because that's how humans naturally process and act on information. Visual cues reduce cognitive load, match the interface the user is already looking at, and create a tighter feedback loop between understanding and action. This is how we iterate on human thinking — not by replacing it, but by meeting it where it is.
The UI is the best lowest common denominator a product can offer its entire customer base — but every user is their own edge case. Right now, most products only provide LCM-level experiences: documentation, video tutorials, onboarding flows — none of it tailored to the individual.
A proactive visual copilot digests your UI, documentation, and tutorials and turns them into a proactive, personalised experience for each user. It's built on three assumptions:
- Every user is their own edge case — autoplay works on the premise that each user follows the same behaviour
- Users don't know what they don't know
- Users don't want to be told what they already know
