Filter, sort, and review recorded sessions in Sessions
1. Open Sessions from the left sidebar to start reviewing recorded replays.
2. Use the Sessions tab to return to the main list of recordings.
3. Filter by Knowledge level to narrow results to the most relevant sessions.
4. Filter by Hesitation to focus on sessions where users show more friction.
5. Open Collections to filter sessions to a saved group you want to review.
6. Pick one or more collections to instantly update the sessions list.
7. Filter by Product to isolate recordings from a specific product area.
8. Use Products to narrow down sessions to the feature set you’re investigating.
9. Filter by Email to find sessions from a specific user.
10. Filter by URL to review sessions that include a particular page.
11. Choose a URL match type (contains or exact match) to refine your results.
12. Filter by Duration to focus on unusually short or long sessions.
13. Use the Date filter to limit sessions to a specific time window.
14. Apply a date condition (before, after, or between) to pinpoint the period you need.
15. Open Cohorts to filter sessions to a specific user segment.
16. Select a cohort (like internal users or customers) to target your analysis.
17. Customize your table by choosing which columns to show.
18. Turn columns on or off to highlight the fields you’ll compare most.
19. Change the sort order to review sessions in the sequence that best fits your workflow.
20. Switch sorting (for example, newest to oldest) to spot trends over time.
21. Select a session to add it to a batch for side-by-side review.
22. Select another session to build a multi-session set for comparison.
23. Keep selecting sessions to prepare for bulk actions like playback or organizing.
24. Add one more session to your selection to review a broader sample.
25. Select additional sessions to create a curated list for focused analysis.
26. Click Play All to watch the selected sessions back-to-back.
27. Use Play Next to jump to the next recording and continue your review.
