- Purpose: Autoplay processes anonymized session replays, usage data, and user interactions—captured via the PostHog API or uploaded directly—for purposes including product evaluation, AI testing, debugging, and improving user experience on the Autoplay platform and website.
- Scope: These Terms apply to data shared with or collected by Autoplay through the use of our website or services, including uploaded session replays and workflows. Autoplay does not engage in live data capture beyond what is collected through PostHog’s integration. You are responsible for ensuring any data you submit is anonymized.

2. Anonymization & Data Collection
- User Responsibility: You must ensure that any uploaded session data is anonymized and free of personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, emails, or IP addresses.
- PostHog Data: Autoplay uses PostHog’s built-in anonymization tools to collect interaction data and session replays. We do not collect more information than is necessary for service performance and product improvement.
- Unintentional PII: If Autoplay detects any inadvertently submitted PII, we will promptly delete it and may notify you.
3. Confidentiality
- Our Commitment: Autoplay will:
- Restrict access to session and interaction data to authorized team members.
- Use collected data only for service improvement, evaluation, debugging, and development.
- Not share, sell, or process data outside the scope of these Terms without your express consent.

- Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Autoplay’s total liability shall not exceed any fees paid (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request an audit of Autoplay’s data handling practices with at least thirty (30) days’ notice. Audits must:
- Occur during normal business hours,
- Minimize disruption to operations,
- Be limited to documentation and procedures relevant to these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
- Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware unless otherwise mutually agreed.

These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and Autoplay regarding data handling, confidentiality, and security related to your use of our website and services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our website or platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
