- During your onboarding, genie will run a deep search on your documentations, collects anything that will help understand your product and how it works. Then our AI will transform these documentations into valuable insights that will power all our session replay and analysis features.

How we will be improving Genie in the future

- Allow you to interact with genie and give feedback to improve genie results
- Integrating more sources of documentations
- We are working to allow genie to connect to multiple tools, Notion, Github, Google drive etc.
- Moving to an Agentic workflow and developing MCPs
- We will update genie to an Agentic workflow so genie can automatically detect change in you documentations, search the internet and improve his knowledge about your software and users.
- State of the art Knowledge Representation
- Our R&D team is working on a SOTA framework to represent human software interaction, based on an exhaustive taxonomy that defines, actions, sequence and intent.
- The KR will make genie more accurate and improve our session replay analysis to be more structured.
