Your copilot needs a live feed of what users are doing. Most products already capture events — but raw events alone aren't enough to personalize at the individual level.

This is where TERRA comes in. It combines event data with computer vision to accurately map user behaviour to the workflows you've defined, producing a labelled session for each user, complete with workflow and completion rate. That labelled session is the input that powers your proactive copilot — without it, the copilot has no way to know where each user is in their journey, what they've already mastered, or where they're still stuck.
